The person in receipt of mentorship gets as much assistance as they require, and we ensure that there are strong lines of communication. Mentoring is a process that always involves communication and is relationship based, but the main objective is to give the client the ability to develop and grow, thus enabling them to no longer require our services. Mentoring entails informal communication, usually face-to-face and is the transfer of relevant knowledge, wisdom, or experience.
